         Travel OS Hub is a UK-based B2B travel technology platform designed to help approved travel agents and agencies search, book and manage travel services efficiently under their own brand. 

         We provide agents with access to a booking portal and back-office tools supporting day-to-day agency workflows, including search, booking management, documentation, reporting and account controls.

Travel OS Hub supports partners with practical tools to run and grow their travel business: 

• Configurable pricing tools (including agent-controlled markups where enabled) 

• Search and booking across supported travel services (subject to supplier availability) 

• Wallet and credit management to support booking release (where enabled) 

• Agents (or their principal/host) contract with end customers and remain responsible for customer payments, refunds and regulatory protections 

• Booking documentation and records to support customer servicing 

• User management and account controls

         We believe trust is built through clarity. The Platform aims to present supplier booking conditions, fare rules (where available), and applicable fees         transparently so agents can make informed decisions and set accurate expectations with their customers.

         We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the Platform and user information and to support secure access. 

         Travel OS Hub works with established travel suppliers and technology partners to provide access to travel inventory and booking capabilities. Availability, pricing and booking rules remain subject to the relevant supplier’s terms and conditions.
