Terms & Conditions (B2B Platform)
1.Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Travel OS Hub platform (the “Platform”) by travel agents, travel agencies and their authorised users (“Agent”, “you”, “your”). The Platform is operated by Travel OS Hub Ltd (“Travel OS Hub”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering for, accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.Platform role and scope
2.1 Technology provider
Travel OS Hub provides a B2B technology platform that enables Agents to search, book and manage travel services made available through third-party suppliers and technology partners (together, “Suppliers”).
2.2 No consumer travel retailer role
Travel OS Hub is not the airline, hotel, car hire company, rail operator, cruise line or other end service provider. The Platform is provided to you as a technology service only. For end customers, you (or your principal/host where applicable) are the contracting party and merchant of record, and you are responsible for the customer relationship. Travel OS Hub does not contract with end customers in relation to bookings made by Agents using the Platform.
Travel OS Hub does not act as the organiser, retailer or merchant of record for end-customer bookings made by Agents using the Platform, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
2.3 Agent is responsible for the sale
You are responsible for your sale to your customer and for all customer-facing obligations, including your customer terms, required disclosures, taking and holding customer payments, refunds, chargebacks, complaints handling, and any regulatory protections required for the travel products you sell.
You must ensure you hold and maintain any licences, permissions, memberships and financial protection required for your activities and the products you offer.
2.4 Supplier terms
Supplier terms and conditions apply to all bookings. Content, availability, pricing, and booking rules displayed in the Platform may change and are subject to Supplier systems and updates.
3.Eligibility and account registration
3.1 Approval
Access is available to approved Agents only. We may request business verification and compliance information and may accept or decline applications at our discretion.
3.2 Accurate information
You must ensure all registration, onboarding and verification information is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
3.3 Account security
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
4.Agent responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Platform only for lawful B2B travel booking activity.
Verify all booking details (including passenger/customer names, dates, routing and selections) before confirmation.
Comply with Supplier rules, fare conditions and booking policies.
Provide customers with accurate information about booking conditions, cancellation/change rules and any applicable fees.
Maintain appropriate business processes, licences and regulatory compliance required for your activities.
Ensure your customer-facing documentation clearly identifies you (or your principal/host where applicable) as the seller/merchant of record.
5.Subscriptions, fees and billing
5.1 Subscription access
Platform access is offered on a per-seat subscription basis and may be subject to a minimum term.
